Francesca Vittoria Danioni is a psychotherapist and a postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty of Education at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.  Her research career began during her PhD, which she completed in April 2019 at the same university. Her doctoral thesis, titled 'Understanding Human Values is a Never-Ending Process: Challenges in Values Measurement,' addressed the challenges related to measuring human values.

Her research area focuses on social psychology, with a particular interest in the study of human values, gratitude and family relations.
