Daniela Barni is a psychologist and Associate Professor of Social Psychology at the Department of Human and Social Sciences, University of Bergamo, where she teaches family forensic psychology and community psychology.
Her main research interests concern family relationships, with a focus on intergenerational transmission processes, critical transitions and interventions for child protection and parenting promotion. She is also involved in research methodology, with a specific interest in tools for assessing the quality of family relationships and parenting skills.
